Helukabel GmbH là thương hiệu cáp điện đến từ CHLB Đức với hơn 40 năm kinh nghiệm và trên 30.000 các sản phẩm dây và cáp điện khác nhau.

Công ty PTHP là nhà phân phối chính thức, có giấy chứng nhận của Helukabel cho các hạng mục cáp điện nguồn (cho động cơ) Helukabel TOPFLEX® 611-PUR.

 

Dòng cáp này KHÔNG có lớp lưới chống nhiễu nên được Helukabel ký hiệu là Helukabel TOPFLEX® 611-PUR. Ngoài ra, còn dòng cáp anh em của nó là loại CÓ bao gồm lớp lưới chống nhiễu thì được Helukabel gọi dưới tên TOPFLEX® 611-C-PUR.

Đây là dòng cáp cấp nguồn cho động cơ điện, động cơ servo, biến tần… điện áp 600/1000V, vỏ là vật liệu nhựa PUR (Polyurethane) có khả năng chống các loại dầu mỡ, dầu bôi trơn, dầu thủy lực… rất tốt, không chứa các chất tạo khí độc khi bị cháy (halogen-free), chống tia cực tím (UV) và dùng được ngoài trời.

 

Lõi đồng chất lượng cao với sợi đồng tơ mềm tới tận class.6 do vậy dây rất mềm dẻo và có thể dùng được trong ứng dụng chuyển động (máng xích chuyển động-drag chain). Dây được thiết kế với 4 sợi lõi bao gồm 3 sợi dây pha và 01 sợi dây vàng-xanh nối đất, tiết diện lõi đồng từ 1.5mm^2 tới 120mm^2.

 

Với sự mềm dẻo cho phép cáp uốn cong ở góc cong nhỏ, rất dễ thi công với cáp điện Helukabel tại các vị trí trên cao, góc hẹp, khó đi đường máng cáp…

Application

As optimized supply cable for the supply to motors, in particular to DNC motors, servo-motors. These cables are specially designed for use in power drag chains, handling equipment, robotics, tooling machinery, processing and manufacturing machinery. Optimised insulation materials ensure resistance to oils (including mineral oils), greases, coolants, hydraulic fluids as well as many alkalis and solvents. Favourable outer diameters, reduced weights and enhanced torsion characteristics assure the use in multi-layer operations with extremely high continuous bending loads. Suitable for outdoor use.
