Giới thiệu cáp điện Helukabel F-CY-JZ

Công ty PTHP là nhà phân phối chính thức, có giấy chứng nhận của Helukabel Đức cho các hạng mục cáp điều khiển loại F-CY-JZ.

 

Dòng cáp này có lớp lưới chống nhiễu nên được Helukabel ký hiệu là F-CY-JZ, còn dòng cáp anh em của nó KHÔNG có lớp lưới chống nhiễu thì được Helukabel gọi dưới tên JZ-500

 

Đây là dòng cáp điểu khiển điện áp 300/500V, vỏ là vật liệu PVC đặc biệt có khả năng chịu hơi dầu, hơi hóa chất và hạn chế sự cháy (Oil resistant, Chemical resistance, Flame retardant). Lõi đồng chất lượng cao với sợi đồng tơ mềm tới class.5, lớp lưới chống nhiễu đồng mạ thiếc (Tinned copper) đan chéo với độ che phủ bảo vệ nhiễu tới 85% diện tích bề mặt cáp.

Dây được thiết kế với số lượng sợi lõi đa dạng từ 1 tới 100 lõi với các tiết diện từ 0.5mm^2 tới 50mm^2. Các sợi lõi khi sản xuất được xoắn với nhau với bước xoắn nhỏ tạo nên độ mềm dẻo của sợi cáp và cho phép uốn cong ở góc cong nhỏ, rất dễ thi công với cáp điện Helukabel tại các vị trí trên cao, hẹp, khó đi đường máng cáp.

Application

For use as a data cable in control circuits, in tool-making and machine industries as well as a signal cable in computer systems and electronics. The more usual PVC inner sheath has been replaced in these cables by a stabilising foil separator, thus reducing the total diameter of the cables considerably and thereby reducing the bending radius, total weight etc. The high covering percentage of the copper screening offers interference-free signal transfer etc. The dense screening assures disturbance-free transmission of all signals and impulses. An ideal disturbance-free control cable for the above application.
