Công ty PTHP là nhà phân phối chính thức, có giấy chứng nhận của Helukabel cho các hạng mục cáp điện dùng cho ứng dụng chuyển động trong thang máng cáp MULTISPEED® 500-PVC.

 

Đây là dòng cáp có cấu tạo đặc biệt để chịu và chống lại lực xoắn, gấp cơ học do chạy trong thang máng xích trong quá trình làm việc của máy móc. Cáp rất mềm dẻo do hai yếu tố, một là lõi đồng chất lượng cao, sợi tơ tới class.6, hai là lớp cách điện và vỏ cáp được làm bằng vật liệu PVC đặc biệt mềm dẻo, hấp thụ lực và chống xoắn tốt.

 

Ngoài ra, các sợi trong lõi cáp được xoắn lại với bước xoắn ngắn khi chế tạo, điều này tăng khả năng chịu lực uốn, xoắn của cáp khi chuyển động.

Về vỏ cáp còn có khả năng chịu dầu mỡ, chống cháy, chống tia UV và khí Ozone.

Application

HELUKABEL® MULTISPEED 500-PVC are installed there, where the extreme requirements for the cables are necessary. The selected materials and lay-up technique permit these high flexible cables for permanent application in drag chains for long distances, high and low speed of movements. These high flexible PVC control cables are suitable for shift- and bending stresses in machines and machine tool constructions. These are installed in dry, moist rooms and in open air with free movement without tensile stress or forced movements. For applications which go beyond standard solutions (for example for composting appliances or high shelf conveyors with extremely high processing speeds etc.) we recommend for our especially developed enquiry sheet for energy guiding systems.
