Công ty PTHP là nhà phân phối chính thức, có giấy chứng nhận của Helukabel cho các hạng mục cáp điện dùng cho ứng dụng chuyển động trong thang máng cáp JZ-HF.

JZ-HF là dòng cáp đơn giản nhất của Helukabel dùng cho thang máng chứa cáp điện chuyển động theo máy hoặc một bộ phận di chuyển nào đó của máy. 

Cáp được cấu tạo với lõi đồng chất lượng cao sợi tơ mềm lên tới class.6, vỏ là vật liệu PVC đặc biệt có khả năng chống dầu, chống cháy, chịu nhiệt độ tới +80°C, điện áp 300/500V. Bán kính uốn cong cho phép của cáp được tính bởi công thức 7,5xD (D: đường kính ngoài của sợi cáp điện).

Application

JZ-HF cables are ideal for use in the machine tool industry, in robotics and machine production and anywhere where high flexibility is essential. The cables are suitable for installation in dry and moist environments but not in open air. These cables have shown excellent performance in combination with standard cable trays. These cables are suitable for flexible use for medium mechanical stresses with free movements. For applications which go beyond standard solutions (for example for composting appliances or high shelf conveyors with extremely high processing speeds etc.) we recommend for our especially developed enquiry sheet for energy guiding systems.
